TerraWealth is a product of Mobic Labs (Pvt) Ltd., a company incorporated in Sri Lanka. We operate a mobile application and this website that provide AI-driven financial portfolio tracking and analytics.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the TerraWealth application or visit terrawealth.app. Please read it carefully. By using our Service, you agree to the practices described here.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

• Email address — collected when you submit the beta access request form on our website. Used only to send you onboarding and product update communications.
• Account credentials — a username and password created within the TerraWealth app itself (not for any linked financial institution).
• Asset data you enter manually — land valuations, fixed deposit details, and any portfolio entries you type into the app. This data is stored on your device and optionally backed up to our secure servers with your consent.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Usage analytics — pages visited, features used, session duration, and crash reports. Collected through Google Analytics (GA4) and in-app analytics to help us improve the product.
• Device information — device type, operating system version, app version, and locale settings. Used for compatibility and debugging.
• IP address — collected by our servers and third-party services for security, fraud prevention, and regional compliance. IP addresses are anonymised where technically possible.
• Log data — server logs including timestamps, request paths, and error codes. Retained for up to 90 days.

2.3 Public Market Data

TerraAI fetches live asset prices (crypto, stocks, commodity indices) from publicly available market data APIs. No account credentials of any kind are required or transmitted for this purpose. This data is not linked to your identity.

3. What We Never Collect

TerraWealth is designed from the ground up to be a read-only tracking vault. We explicitly do not collect:

• Bank account numbers, internet banking passwords, or OTPs
• Crypto wallet private keys, seed phrases, or signing credentials
• Brokerage account login credentials
• National Identity Card (NIC) numbers, passport numbers, or government-issued IDs
• Biometric data of any kind
• Payment card numbers or CVV codes

We will never ask you for any of the above. If you receive a communication claiming to be from TerraWealth requesting any such information, please treat it as fraudulent and contact us immediately at security@terrawealth.app.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Operate and maintain the TerraWealth app and website
• Send you beta access confirmations and product updates (email only, with your consent)
• Power TerraAI — personalising portfolio insights, forecasts, and scenario simulations based on the asset data you provide
• Diagnose crashes, fix bugs, and improve app performance
• Detect and prevent fraud or abuse
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party for marketing purposes.

6. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on servers located in Singapore and/or the EU on enterprise cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP). We apply the following protections:

• AES-256 encryption for all data at rest
• TLS 1.3 for all data in transit
• Role-based access controls limiting employee access to production data
• Regular security audits and penetration testing

While we implement industry-standard security measures, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data retention: We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Deleted accounts have their personal data purged within 30 days. Log data is retained for 90 days. Beta waitlist emails are retained until you unsubscribe.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction — request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
• Deletion — request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten")
• Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
• Objection — object to processing of your personal data for direct marketing
• Withdrawal of consent — withdraw consent for any processing based on consent at any time

TerraWealth is not directed at children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify registered users by email. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.
